In early October I had an opportunity to travel to Central America to explore the textile (fabric and garment) manufacturing capabilities of this region. We visited factories and fabric mills in Nicaragua, Honduras, and Guatemala. I was amazed by the potential opportunities from these countries. I also loved the green mountainous scenery of this region. It actually reminded me a lot of southern Vietnam's scenery and climate. The volcanic terrain in Guatemala was definitely breathtaking.
