This house was built back in 1985. Everything in this house is super old and dated! Ales did tiling for the our guest full bath last year and we decided that it would take him too long to do that part for the master bath. So we looked around and decided to use a contractor to do tiling of the shower and the floor in this master bath for us.
For the floor, we used Marazzi Montagna Smoky Black porcelain tiles (12x24), and for the shower wall we used Travisano Trevi tiles (12x12) in the grey colorway. These are from Home Depot.
For the finishing part, Ales painted the wall in warm-toned dark gray, replaced the old vanity with Lowes' Espresso Vanity with Engineered Stone Top, replaced the light fixtures, mirror frame, installed new toilet, added wood shelves above the toilet, installed shower glass doors, put in sliding doors with mirror separating the bathroom and its walk-in closet, and replaced all shower and sink faucets.
My job? Cleaning and taking pictures. :)
Enjoy!
